Free from undesirable hardware change

Systems are made of many components, which are subject to ongoing changes. However, various hardware changes in combination with complex software applications are prone to unforeseeable system behavior. That’s why many customers tend to keep the products as constant as possible in their current structure. At the customer's request we stipulate components like hard disks, interface cards, memory modules or mainboards. Appropriate components remain unchanged within a timeframe negotiated with the customer.

Avoid onsite adjustment costs by ordering best configuration options for your projects. When components from the standard configurations are occasionally not sufficient and e.g. other graphics or network cards are required, then we offer smart options: Internal components from other product configurations can also be installed alternatively within the standard production process. We make sure that these components work within the individual configuration without system errors.

Theft-protection & easy service

Deskbound devices are not as exposed to risks as mobile products are. However their components might be interesting objects for unauthorized people. Special locks in the housing with various keys are a must. Masterkeys are an ideal solution on top: The masterkey can open and lock all locks. This grants on one hand theft-protection and on the other fast access for authorized employees like service engineers or administrators. With the master key they can open the systems for extensions or to replace individual components. Advanced security solutions with user authentication are enabled by e.g. chip-card readers from Fujitsu with high-secure encryption algorithms.
