Global Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer

Hidekazu Tanaka

Message

I originally promoted agile development as an engineer, but after learning about the startup ecosystem in Silicon Valley, I learned that it is important to fully integrate business and IT to get the true value of agile. After returning to Japan, I changed my career to become a designer and worked on new business creation, and then switched to become a consultant and worked on business consulting and mind transformation for companies. I practiced all the roles and processes of business, idea generation, development, and release. Based on this experience, I am currently working on organizational change to transform Fujitsu's agile process and spread it to the world.
